Pittaniya Villa is a stunning example of modern tropical design. The tall airy rooms (fully air-conditioned bedrooms) and open plan living invite lazy days and relaxed evenings overlooking the 12m x 4 m infinity pool. Stylish and luxurious without pretensions, perfect for you.

The space

Sleeping 6 adults comfortably, the villa is spacious and calming. All of our bedrooms are air-conditioned. Two of the 3 double rooms have king size beds and outdoor bathrooms while the third bedroom can be a twin or a king with an indoor bathroom. Outdoor courtyards bring the jungle into your room and the 17m long veranda is a perfect place to unwind and relax while you overlook the pool.

Guest access

You have full access to use the pool, garden and veranda, and kitchen.

Interaction with guests

We will always introduce ourselves to you and give you an insiders knowledge to the best local restaurants and hotels the attractions. If you need us for anything we will be there to help but if you just want to switch off we will not disturb you. Mohamad is our house keeper and he will make up your room and replace your towels daily.

We are a non-smoking villa, smoking is permitted outside but not in the
bedrooms or internal living spaces.

We don’t allow parties and only guests that are booked with us can use the facilities or have access to the property.

We don’t want loud music unless you are renting the full villa as we need to respect the other guests.
